For the pricing of Php 25,000 up to Php 100,000 in a monthly retainer, all of which depend on the complexity of your digital requirements, we will give you the following:

  • A website you will own (we will build it for you, and then you will manage it yourself using a sustainable web builder platform)
  • A web domain you will own (we will set it up for you)
  • An intelligently researched SEO / Organic System embedded within your website
  • Usage of AI research and analysis, starting from pre-web-page creation, all the way up to post-implementation web page analysis
  • Full Website Analytics Tools to monitor and improve your SEO / Organic traffic performance
  • A Facebook and Instagram Social Media Calendar of posts about your products and services
  • Well-researched and highly-informed Strategic Text Content, including title tags, sub-headlines, and text body copy within your posts
  • Usage of Generative AI for creatives, including images, audio, and videos, with fine-tuned post-production precision
  • Usage of AI research and analysis, from pre-posting preparation, up to post-campaign auditing of organic social media content
  • Full Social Media Analytics Tools to monitor and improve Social Media postings’ organic efficiency
  • FB / IG Ads (this isn’t “boosting” because boosting is basic and not really effective—you and I will do something a LOT better)
  • A full suite of Google Ads (e.g. Google Search AI Max, Google AI Performance Max aka “Pmax,” Display Ads, YouTube Ads, et al.)
  • Further usage of Generative AI to make images, videos, sound design, with all media fine-tuned by human post-production
  • Usage of AI research and analysis, from pre-campaign analysis, up to ongoing-campaign improvement (aka “optimization” as others may call it… But we just say improvement—because we like staying simple like that.

All digital assets and properties we generate for you are YOURS. They do not belong to The Lighthouse. Our goal is to HELP SMEs have a SUSTAINABLE DIGITAL FUTURE, not “hostage” them after we do their digital and force a never-ending retainer on those we “help.”

We will therefore ensure Training for Sustainable Digital Skills for your in-house staff, so you can manage your digital future on your end, after our engagement.
