The Lighthouse Philippines - Requirements and Conditions for Digital Projects
For MICRO-TO-SMALL BUSINESSES
- Your company is comprised of anywhere between 5 up to 24 Team Staff
- Your company can sustain a monthly retainer between Php 25K up to Php 49K, depending on your requirements
- You are a Philippine government-licensed business entity with BIR, SEC, Mayor’s Permit, et al.
For SMALL-TO-MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES:
- Your company should be comprised of anywhere between 25 up to 100 Team Staff, or—
- Your company generates a yearly revenue of Php 50M up to Php 150M
- Your company can sustain a monthly retainer between Php 50K up to Php 100K, depending on your requirements
- You are a Philippine government-licensed business entity with BIR, SEC, Mayor’s Permit, et al.
OUR WORKFLOW:
- Prior to working with clients, we first align to our best practices of: Selectability, Deep Analysis, and Compelled Self-Sufficiency.

REQUIREMENT #1: Radical Dedication via Selectability
We are a small, very intelligent, highly focused Team who can take only about THREE to FIVE CLIENTS at a time, so that we are absolutely dedicated to our current clients and engagements.
As such, we have to be VERY SELECTIVE on new prospects because we do not want to dilute our focus, so we can give our very best to our already-existing clients.
But—we will eventually require a TURNOVER from these clients. And then, we can accept new clients. Therefore, we are very selective on who we will work with, carefully studying each client before THEY even say YES and, just as importantly, before WE say YES, too.
REQUIREMENT #2: Comprehensive Human + Tech-Enabled Analysis
When our Team Bandwidth allows for more clients, we will be very happy to invite prospects into a meeting (online / offline, et al.)
During the initial meetings, we hope you will very closely DISCERN US as you start getting to know us and determine whether or not you would want to work with us. This is because we will be closely discerning you as well, so we can eventually determine whether or not we have the ability to work with you.
Thus, we are quite methodical in that we study, reflect upon, and discern possible outcomes and forward steps before committing to any potential engagements.
And yes—we very strongly listen to our gut feelings, too.
REQUIREMENT #3: Compelled Self-Sufficiency
We apologize, but… You will not have us forever. We cannot be a perpetual supplement to your internal Team. We will eventually require a FULL TURNOVER of all your digital properties and assets, ensuring SELF-SUSTAINABILITY for your internal in-house Team.
Our engagements may span at least 3 months up to perhaps a year or so. And then we must leave, so we can help OTHER SMEs as well. We will always welcome reengagements in the future; nearly all of our clients always do. And we can accommodate if we have the Team bandwidth.
